Some WN Services permit or require you to create an account to participate or to secure additional benefits. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current and complete information, including your contact information for notices and other communications from us. You agree not to impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including using another person’s username, password or other account information, or another person’s name or likeness, or provide false details for a parent or guardian. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your username, password or other account information, or of any other breach of security that you become aware of involving your account or the WN Services.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES. WN's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at WN's option, either (a) return of the price paid minus direct transaction fees, or (b) repair or replacement of the SERVICE.
NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. In no event shall WN, be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this WN service or arising out of any support which WN may extend to you, even if WN has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The limitation of liability reflects an allocation of risk between you and WN.
You agree not to use any trademarks, brand names or logos of WN, or that accompany the SERVICE, without the prior written consent of WN.
Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as imposing on WN any obligation to acquire, maintain, or file or defend any suit or action regarding the validity or infringement of, any WN intellectual property licensed hereunder.
In the event that any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unenforceable or unlawful, such invalidity, unenforceability or unlawfulness shall not effect any other provisions of this Agreement, and the Agreement shall be construed as if the challenged provision had never been contained herein.
WN is not obligated to furnish or make available to you any further information, SERVICE, technical information, know-how, or support. In the event that WN does extend any of the same, WN shall not be liable for any damage, howsoever caused. WN reserves the right to make changes to the SERVICE, and all materials provided hereunder, without further notice.
