If you encounter difficulties with the live stream, we recommend first refreshing your browser.
Most video players offer the option to adjust the stream’s bitrate. This adjustment typically occurs automatically; however, it can be manually modified by the viewer if necessary. Should you experience frequent buffering, consider selecting a lower bitrate.
To access this setting, hover your cursor over the video player. The bitrate controls are generally found on the right side of the player, often represented by a gear (cogwheel) icon.
If there is no sound, please verify that the video player is not muted. By hovering your cursor over the player, you should see a speaker icon that allows you to mute or unmute the audio.
If audio remains unavailable, check your computer’s sound settings to ensure that system audio is not muted and that the volume is set to an appropriate level.
Please note: the video player is configured to start with sound enabled, but this is subject to your browser’s autoplay permissions. If necessary, adjust your browser settings or manually unmute the audio.
If you are hearing audio multiple times (an echo effect), please ensure the event page is not open in multiple browser tabs or windows.
For any other technical difficulties, please contact the event organizers using the information provided with the webcast link.
When reaching out, it is essential to provide a detailed description of the issue. Vague statements such as “The webcast doesn’t work” or “The link is broken” are not sufficient. Instead, please specify the nature of the problem and any actions you have taken. For example: “I clicked the provided link, but the page displays an error message. Please see the attached screenshot.” Such information greatly assists in diagnosing and resolving the issue efficiently.
