Video Troubleshooting

If you experience difficulties with the live stream, we recommend refreshing your browser as a first step.

The video player automatically adjusts the streaming quality based on your available internet connection. However, you can also adjust the quality manually if necessary. If you experience frequent buffering or interruptions, try selecting a lower video quality.

To adjust the quality, move your cursor over the video player to display the available controls. The quality settings are typically located on the right-hand side of the player, represented by a settings (gear) icon.

Audio Troubleshooting

If you cannot hear any audio, first check that the video player is not muted. Move your cursor over the player to reveal the audio controls, and click the speaker icon to unmute if necessary.

If the issue persists, check your computer's audio settings to ensure that the sound is enabled and the volume is set to an appropriate level.

Please note: The video player is configured to start with audio enabled. However, some browsers restrict automatic audio playback. Depending on your browser settings, you may need to manually unmute the player.

If you hear duplicated audio or an echo, please check that the webcast is not open in multiple browser tabs or windows.

Additional Support

If you experience any other technical difficulties, please contact the event organizers using the contact information provided with your webcast invitation or event link.

To help us identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include a clear description of the problem and any troubleshooting steps you have already taken.

For example, rather than simply reporting that "the webcast is not working" or "the link is broken," please describe what happens when you attempt to access the webcast.

A helpful description might be:

"I clicked the webcast link, but the page displays an error message. I have tried refreshing the browser, but the issue persists. I have attached a screenshot for reference."

Providing these details, along with a screenshot where applicable, will help the support team investigate and resolve your issue more efficiently.
